Epsom

The original heritage Villa was barely liveable when the Structured team began this project with the design help of Shanahan Architects. The original Villa was lifted and moved to allow for a double story extension to be constructed at the rear and merged with the existing villa. A complete renovation was undertaken, with all heritage features carefully restored and reinstated. The newly added extension includes a double garage, upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms, a stunning Matisse kitchen, spacious lounge and dining areas, as well as decks and landscaped gardens — together creating a truly beautiful family home.
